Operated hire (wet rental).
Equipment supplied with trained, certified operators — the most common way our clients hire from Strong Plant. The operator, the lift plan, the HSE documentation, the PPE and the daily reporting are all included by default.
What’s in the package
Six things that come with every operated hire.

Certified operator
OEM-trained operator with valid UAE third-party certification for the machine class — TPC, MOL or equivalent.

Lift plan / method statement
Where required, a documented lift plan, risk assessment and method statement is packaged with the mobilisation pack.

On-site supervision
Project supervisor on operated packages over a threshold size — single point of accountability on site.

PPE & site induction
Operators arrive in EN ISO 20471 hi-vis and the PPE required by your site, with documented site-induction sign-off.

Fuel, oils, consumables
Included in operated hire by default — billed at agreed reconciliation cycles for long-term packages.

Daily timesheet & report
Operator-completed daily timesheet capturing hours, fuel burn, incidents and unscheduled stoppages.
Operator competency
- Third-party certified (TPC / MOL)
- OEM-trained on the machine class
- ISO 45001 occupational H&S discipline
- ADNOC-approved for operator-led sites
